Regular Activities

• Weekly group sittings are held on Mondays from 19:30 to 21:30 at Crystal Cloud Zendo (River Valley Road).
• Dokusans are given during the weekly sittings as well as during Zazenkais and Sesshins.
• Teishos are given on the last Monday of the month.
• An introduction for new comers is offered every first Monday of the month.
• Zazenkais and Sesshins are scheduled at the beginning of each year.
